Return Policy 

This Return Policy is issued in accordance with the Federal Competition & Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA), Nigeria, and is designed to protect consumer rights while ensuring fair use of our fitness products.

By making a purchase from our store (online or in-store), you agree to the terms outlined below.

Return Window

All eligible items may be returned within 7 days of:

  • Delivery for online purchases
  • Purchase date for in-store purchases

Returns requested outside this period will not be accepted.

Online Purchases

Eligibility for Return

Online orders are eligible for return if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • The product is in its original condition, with packaging, tags, and seals intact
  • There are no signs of wear, damage, or misuse
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

For hygiene and safety reasons, used fitness accessories cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Online Items

  • Used or tampered items
  • Fitness bottles for hygiene purposes 
  • Products damaged due to improper use
  • Clearance or “final sale” items (clearly marked)
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Defective or Incorrect Items

In line with Nigerian consumer protection regulations:

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Customers must provide clear photo or video evidence
  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, at no additional cost

Online Return Process

  1. Contact customer support within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Upon approval, return instructions will be issued
  4. Item must be securely packaged and returned as instructed

Returns sent without approval may be declined.

Return Shipping Costs (Online)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable

Refunds

  • Returned items are inspected upon receipt
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued in Naira (₦) via the original payment method or store credit

In-Store Purchases

Eligibility for Return

Items purchased in-store may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition and with no stains or tears
  • Packaging, tags, and seals remain intact
  • A valid original receipt is presented

Items showing signs of use, damage, or improper handling will not be accepted.

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Eligible items may be exchanged for another product of equal value
  • Where exchange is unavailable, store credit may be issued
  • Cash refunds are not offered for in-store purchases unless the item is confirmed to be defective

Defective In-Store Items

  • Defects must be reported within 48 hours of purchase
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Verified defective items will be replaced or refunded in accordance with FCCPC guidelines

 

Non-Returnable In-Store Items

  • Fitness wears, or shoes fitted before purchase.
  • Fitness bottles for hygiene purposes 
  • Any product with an obvious stain
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Promotional or discounted items (where stated at point of sale)

Important Notice

  • In-store purchases cannot be returned online
  • All in-store returns and exchanges must be processed at the original store location

Late or Ineligible Returns

Items returned after the 7-day period or failing to meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
